  • What's the purpose of an analysis if you can't change anything, right? However, the path to improvement is not easy, and I must forewarn you. I will provide practical solutions to address issues in your Bazi and the challenges you're facing. Sometimes, just recognizing the problem is the first step toward a solution, as you can't fix anything you don't see as a problem or don't even know exists.

  • No, authentic Bazi doesn't involve lucky colors, directions, or worse yet lucky charms. It is not a magic pill, the solution comes from within your heart and mind.

  • It's possible to identify the kind of person who would complement or suit you well in a relationship or business. However, if you've already met someone and want to determine their compatibility, we can use the appropriate method, either through 八字合盘 (Bazi compatibility analysis) or divination.

I will provide further advice when you fill out the form or during the analysis if such a question arises. Please note that Bazi compatibility analysis involves analysing another Bazi, which requires more time and effort, thus there will be an extra charge of 50%. Additionally, Divination is another form of Chinese Metaphysics consultation service I provide, you can find more information in the Divination section of the website.

  • It's important to note that every Bazi is unique to an individual. It is not possible to determine all the situations in your family or even your pet's well-being solely from your Bazi. Such abilities are fictional and only appear on TV.

  • This is another myth. Bazi 八字, as the name suggests, consists of 8 characters, each representing an element. If you have some understanding of Bazi, you'd know that the year contributes only 2 characters out of the 8. It's too judgmental and shallow to conclude that the year or a person born in a specific year won't be good for you. There are other 6 characters that might provide support, and sometimes the clash could be a positive one. It is amusing to avoid everyone born under a particular zodiac as itis not logical or practical. It's crucial to look at Bazi as a whole.

  • Indirect Wealth is a term in Bazi analysis, representing one of the Ten Gods or Ten Attributes (十神). It essentially reflects your approach to using money, not necessarily your current wealth status or potential richness. Becoming rich involves numerous factors, and having or lacking the Wealth Star in your chart is just one aspect. There are cases where individuals with no Wealth Star are very wealthy, while others with abundant Wealth Stars live in poverty. Again we have to analyse the bazi as a whole. Your ability to be rich and wealthy in life, depends on a lot of other factors, and not just by looking at how you approach money.

  • A Bazi chart provides an overview of a person's fortune. Specific questions, dilemmas, or problems, such as this one, are better addressed using Divination. You can find more information in the Divination section of the website regarding this.

  • In short, No. Your luck or fortune remains unchanged regardless of how many times you have your Bazi read. Bazi is basically your birthday and time, and regardless of how many times you read your bazi, your birthday and time won't change, isn't it?

However, frequent Bazi analyses, especially for amusement or from amateur practitioners, can be likened to having numerous relatives giving you relationship advice during a Chinese New Year gathering or consulting multiple doctors for a fever. Excessive opinions can cloud your judgment and impact your decision-making, potentially influencing your life decisions, strengths, and weaknesses from a Bazi perspective.

  • I appreciate your interest in Bazi Analysis. While I understand you may be looking for a simpler or more casual analysis, it's important to note that every analysis, regardless of its complexity or purpose, requires a certain level of effort and time from me. This ensures that I provide you with the most accurate and insightful information that can genuinely benefit you. I take each Bazi analysis seriously, and I aim to attract clients who has the same frequency and approach to that matter.

  • Think about this, there are numerous people born in the same hour as you, not only in the same hospital but definitely somewhere else on this planet. Or you could even be a twin. How could it be even logical, that everyone of the same bazi dies or get married at the same time? The Supreme Being up there doesn't do things like that.

A Bazi chart provides an overview of a person's fortune. As a Bazi professional, I can offer insights into the general timeframe when your life may be smoother, or have more challenges, or be inclined toward certain experiences. However, specifying exact dates and times for events like misfortune, marriage, or death is beyond the scope of Bazi analysis. Such precision will only appear on tv shows rather than real-life consultations.

  • You don't have to do an analysis every year, especially if you've gained a lot of clarity in life.

However, Life is full of ups and downs with different challenges at various stages. It's beneficial to revisit the analysis every few years. It's akin to attending a motivational talk – you might feel inspired leaving the talk, but after a week or a month, the effects might wane off. As for Bazi, you might be unsure if the current luck cycle is good or neutral or bad, or you need some clarity with your relationship with spouse, those are examples you might want to do an analysis again.

    2. Good and Stable internet connection.
    3. Zoom program installed.
    4. Ensure Undivided attention during the analysis session.(Please do not arrange for me to do an audit when you have a gathering or some guests at home where your attention will be divided.)

  • As we progress into the 21st century, technology is now an important part of our lives. I strongly believe Fengshui should evolve as well, moving beyond outdated auditing methods used centuries ago when our ancestors lacked modern tools like phones, computers, satellites, and Google. We are currently now in a time of an even more advanced technology era, the AI era. I believe we can integrate modern technology with ancient wisdom, and not get stucked in time.

One example is that we can do is take compass bearings and survey using tools such as Google Maps and Satellite, which are in a super-advanced state. We can make use of that so that it is more efficient for both you and me while doing Fengshui audits.

The 1st part of the audit, traditionally an onsite survey, will now be conducted online. I will provide clear instructions to make the process seamless and more efficient than the traditional onsite one. Embracing modern technology enables us to save time and effort, seeing certain structures beyond our naked eyes and allowing me to reach a global audience to share this valuable knowledge.

  • I have a balanced, middle approach to Feng Shui.

There is a lot of truth in this ancient wisdom, after all, it has stood the test of time for thousands of years, and many successful people swear by it. If you think otherwise, it might be an overestimation of your own wisdom.

However, I always advise clients not to be overly obsessed with Feng Shui. Excessive obsession often leads to eccentric behavior and irrational decision-making.

Therefore, I believe one should find a middle ground, have faith in our Chinese ancestors' wisdom that it can help improve our fortune, but never be overly obsessed with it. There are too many other factors that determine whether you will have good fortune in life or not, such as your Bazi, your name, place of birth, parents, and so on.

  • Let me ask you a question: What if your BaZi suits the house, but your spouse's BaZi doesn't? Or what if both your BaZi charts fit, but your children’s don’t? Would that mean that your children cannot live in that house or you need separate houses for each family member? You see, this is where things can get confusing!

BaZi and Feng Shui are completely different systems. It's like comparing physics to chemistry-they’re both sciences, but they focus on entirely different things. Saying you need BaZi for Feng Shui is like saying you need to know chemistry in order to do physics! The ancient Feng Shui texts never mentioned BaZi, and the BaZi classics don’t talk about Feng Shui either.

BaZi deals with your birth chart, focusing on earthly branches and heavenly stems to understand your destiny and character. Feng Shui, on the other hand, is all about your environment, specifically how to harness good energy from your surroundings to promote well-being in your home.

They’re two separate systems, and they don’t need to be mixed. So, NO, you don’t need your BaZi for a Feng Shui audit!

  • No, Orthodox Fengshui Classics never ever mentioned Fengshui items as remedies.

  • Not having a blueprint is a critical challenge for the feng shui audit. It is a very important step in conducting feng shui audit. You must obtain one from the developer or hire a professional to create it. Without a blueprint, the 2nd part zoom session will need to be skipped if you still wish to proceed with the fengshui audit. Do contact me to get more advice if you have such a problem.

  • Before!

  • You definitely don't need to if you have gained a lot of clarity in life, and certainly no need to do it every year unless you have a lot of money to burn.

However, Life is full of ups and downs, different challenges at different time of life. It will be good to revisit every few years. It is like attending a motivation talk, you feel motivated after leaving the talk, but after 1 week, 1 month the effects of the motivation talk might wane off.

  • This service unlike the typical Fengshui Audit like my other offerings. Instead, it involves providing you with opinions on houses you've shortlisted for Fengshui considerations.

    Here's how it works:
    1. You can share details of up to 5 units you have shortlisted or seek opinions over a 1-month period, whichever comes first.
    2. There won't be a detailed report; instead, the consultation will be conducted through chat or Zoom.
    3. I will offer insights and opinions to aid your decision-making during the house selection process.

  • No, you don't have to roll the pineapple or put 5 coins under your bed. There is a huge difference between Chinese Metaphysics (Feng Shui, Bazi, Divination, etc.) and cultural traditions. Practices like rolling the pineapple or shouting lucky phrases like “Huat” are cultural traditions, and they vary among different Chinese communities.

For example, the Chinese in Singapore and Malaysia may engage in practices like Lou Hei/Lou Sang during Chinese New Year, while those in mainland China might not be familiar with it. Also the different Chinese dialect groups have different traditions, for example the Teochew pray to their ancestors differently from the Hokkiens and Cantonese.

It's important to note that such traditions, including rolling the pineapple, don't alter Feng Shui energy or the landform around the house. They are cultural practices rather than Feng Shui principles.

  • Chinese Metaphysics (Feng Shui, Bazi, Divination, etc.) is not associated with any religion, spirits, magic, or the supernatural. It is rooted in ancient Chinese wisdom and principles.

However, it's important to note that some religions discourage followers from seeking fortune-telling or divination practices, as they encourage individuals to trust in the guidance of their faith. If you are a staunch believer in your faith and it goes against its teachings, it's advisable to adhere to your religious principles.

divination

  • The ancient Chinese divination masters had these three basic rules:
    1. No divination for unethical matters (不义不占).
    2. No divination for matters without doubt (不疑不占).
    3. No divination for insincere inquiries (不诚不占).

Divination was traditionally reserved for significant decisions in ancient times, such as matters of war. It was not intended for trivial issues like what to eat for lunch or which mall to go to for shopping. Additionally, when a person is dying in front of you, there is no need for divination.

  • To prepare for the divination session, please ensure you have:

    1. Good and stable internet connection
    2. Zoom program installed
    3. Undivided attention during the analysis session

Additionally, it's highly recommended to approach the session with a fresh, clear mind and sincerity. Morning sessions are especially recommended as you are freshest at that time. The reason is that divination involves tapping into both external sources, such as the heavens, gods and universe, and your inner self. A fresh and clear mind enhances the accuracy of the answers.

  • The divination process involves the following steps:

    1. Booking and Form Submission: After you've booked and filled out the form, I'll respond to arrange a suitable time for the divination and provide additional advice based on the questions you've posed.

    2. Guided Session: During the session, I will guide you through the divination process, helping you understand and interpret the results.

    3. Deciphering Results: Together, we'll decipher the divination results to gain insights into your specific questions or concerns.

    4. Post-Session: After the session, I'll send you a PDF file containing the details of the divination for your future reference.

  • Bazi Analysis and Divination are different tools within Chinese Metaphysics, each serving specific purposes. To draw an analogy, it's akin to comparing a screwdriver and a spanner, or a pot and a pan—they have different applications in decoding your fortune and destiny.

Bazi Analysis: This tool provides an overview of your character, strengths, weaknesses, and overall fortune in life. It offers insights into your personality and life path based on the Eight Characters (Bazi) derived from your birthdate and time.

Divination: On the other hand, divination is focused on addressing a very specific question or dilemma in your life. It serves as a guidance tool when you need assistance in making decisions or navigating particular situations.

In summary, Bazi Analysis provides a broader perspective on your life, while Divination is more targeted and suited for addressing specific concerns or uncertainties.

  • Yes. But only after 3 months. Otherwise it is insincerity and doubting the Divination. (See the FAQ on “What are the strict Prerequsities that you mentioned?”

  • Well, Life is never perfect, and not everything will go your way; this is the undeniable truth of life. A lot of times, when things don't go our way, we try to solve it or change our mindset. I will guide you and provide practical solutions from Chinese metaphysics and philosophy to address your problems.

Anyway, Confucius once said, 吾百占而七十当 ("In a hundred divinations that I did, seventy are accurate"). Even the greatest Chinese philosopher who ever lived, didn't claim that divination as always accurate. Approach the divination as a wise guide and navigate through the obstacles ahead.

naming

  • Upon making payment, I will send you a short video that will set your expectations and mindset about how i go about recommending names for you.

The details and further instructions will be provided in the video.

  • I will provide 5 sets of names. More often than not, they are sufficient enough for you to make a decision. If you require more, there is an extra charge of $100 for every 1 new recommendation.

The reason for doing so, is because, I don’t want you to abuse the system, or fall into the decision paralysis trap. some feel that more is better, but the more recommendations i give the more difficult you will make a decision. Further, the factors to a good name are plenty, and it is not a simple process as I will explain in the video. So the more factors to consider, the more difficult and time consuming to come up with a better name that can match the previous 5.

  • Bazi.

    there is this saying 一命,二运,三风水,四积阴德,五读书,六名,七相,八敬神,九交贵人,十养生。

Name is only the 6th most important. Work hard, Study hard has more value than a good name.

Having said that, we cannot neglect having a good name. For we want to make sure that all angles pertaining to our fortune and destiny are covered.

  • My general advice is NO. As mentioned before, in "Is Bazi more important than Name," a name is considered to be the 6th most important aspect in a person's fortune and destiny. You would be better off improving your fortune through a Bazi analysis or Feng Shui audit. Moreover, it is a huge disrespect to whoever gave you your name, especially if it’s given by our parents. Do you like it if you give someone you love so much a present, only for them to tell you it's ugly and throw it away?

Having said that, some names do not complement his/her Bazi, which is one of the most important aspects of the art of Chinese naming. It will be good to contact me for further advice on this matter.

auspicious timing

  • Upon communicating, and making payment, I will proceed to analyse a few dates that are suitable for you and your intended purpose. I will then either email you or whatsapp you, and give you a list of recommended dates and a ranking of different dates and a quick explanation if you want.

    1. Your birthday and time (reommended)

    2. Intended Purpose (Marriage, Move-in, Business opening)

    3. Time frame ( please do not tell me things like “within this year”, it means you are not ready. the time frame should be max 1-2months.)

  • Those things fall under this thing call “traditions”. It’s not under my purview of expertise. Some culture roll other things.

  • It is important not to fall for such a misconception. It is similar to the idea wearing a crystal bracelet can make you a millionaire.

In the long course of a marriage, many factors contribute to ensuring its blissfulness. Simply choosing a good time does not guarantee it will be smooth sailing forever. Life is not so simple.
Same goes with Feng Shui, just by choosing a good time, the landforms around your house, the roads near your house won’t change, they won’t magically disappear. So the fengshui won’t change just by choosing a good time to move in.

The main purpose of choosing a good time is to have peace of mind, an initial short-term boost of success, ensuring whatever you have done prior will be smooth sailing at the beginning stage.

  • Yes I do. I charge $1288 for the service. It comprises of recommended dates and times for the delivery and also a bazi analysis for the baby.

However, there are reasons why I did not list it on my services.

    1. I am a father and husband to someone, unless due to medical reasons recommended by the gynae, there is no reason to go under the knife. Natural birth is always better for the Mum and baby.

    2. Through experience, i have noticed, even with c-sec, there are chances, the surgery still won’t take place at that “best” timing. I believe it is a way of Heaven’s intervention (天命不可违).

If you strongly believe in a good bazi for the baby and you have C-sec before, or your gynae had recommended you to do this procedure and you have the money to spend (can be odd hours, so need to pay extra for the gynae to deliver), then I am more than happy to provide you with the recommendations.
